I
write to belatedly to thank you for all your
efforts in achieving a most satisfactory resolution
to our water leak problem at Brentwood.
Despite
our best efforts internally to obtain a refund
from Anglian Water for a leak on the site of
Brentwood Leisure Park and Ski slope, we were
unsuccessful. Having been introduced to your
company we hired yourselves an August 2000 in
order to review our Water/Sewage bills and to
try to obtain some sort of refund.
Although
CRS were obstructed at almost every step by the
water company over a two year period, thankfully
you persevered and finally succeeded in obtaining
refunds for us for the sum of £18,716.28! We
were surprised and delighted as we had written
off our chances of ever getting the refund we
felt we were due
Throughout
the whole period, you conducted yourself in the
most professional manner and kept our organisation
in touch with the progress made every step of
the way.

three years. If other services to the building had
reduced in the same proportion my job as managing
